For those who cannot order via the web site, e-mail, or fax, we accept orders sent in through the mail. Include your full name, address, product selection, payment method, and shipping preference. International customers must first receive an exact shipping quote. For domestic customers, you may receive a shipping quote via e-mail or through the online shopping cart system. Otherwise, you may add shipping of $6 + $1.50 per additional item for faster shipping, or $6 + $.50 per additional item for economy shipping. (Using the online system will give you an exact shipping cost, and in many instances a lower shipping cost.) Please list alternate selections as our stock changes daily. Sales tax will be added to the order as required.
